Darling Muesco’s Digital Control Valves (DCVs) are diaphragm-actuated, hydraulically operated valves engineered for precise fluid control, including set-stop applications. These valves are electro-hydraulically operated, self-actuated via diaphragm, and designed with resilient seating to ensure zero leakage (Class VI as per ANSI FCI-70-2). They come in multiple configurations—standard globe (F113-40R), Y-pattern (F2113-40R), and anti-cavitation trim (F113-40ACT-R)—to suit various flow requirements. The DCVs utilize F100 or F2100 basic valves featuring packless, stainless steel construction, epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, and top-bottom guidance for vibration-free operation. The system integrates explosion-proof solenoid valves (1 NO + 1 NC), speed control via needle valves, and Y-strainers to prevent dirt ingress. Electrical components are CCOE/CMRI/PESO certified, and optional limit switches are available. Operationally, the valve switches between low and high flow rates based on preset volumes controlled by batch controllers. Its design enables multi-stage flow management, including soft starts, high-flow delivery, and controlled shutoff sequences to prevent spills. Cv values and flow rates are provided across multiple valve sizes, with flow charts supporting application-based selection. Widely used in clean liquid and LPG control systems, these DCVs are suitable for high-pressure differentials and low-flow scenarios. Product Description
Automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a constant lower outlet pressure. The valve consists of a main valve and a Fig. 15 pressure reducing control pilot. Slight changes in downstream pressure acts on topside of control diaphragm causing main Valve to counteract pressure changes and hold a constant outlet pressure. The regulator will reduce the upstream pressure to a constant downstream pressure regardless of the change in flow rates/or inlet pressure.
